Additional Information:
1. He deleted his shop entirely, so I can't get any proof of the conversations in live chat. In short, they never answered.
2. He "closed" his telegram account and kicked me out of the telegram server.
3. I used his exact method provider, and they guaranteed 5 replacements or a refund if it never worked.

7. I can't get product information, TOS information, or anything of that sort since he closed his store entirely.
