Additional Information: Bought the config, found out after that it locks accounts, and asked him to fix or refund me. It's been 10 days without any word, hence the scam report. 
Crypto address for a refund: I would prefer a working version of the config I bought, but if you can't do that then I will send my addy of the preferred crypto.
