Additional Information: Bought Paypal + Prepaid card bundle. Paypal acct was not received and the prepaid card doesn't even work. Ignoring my messages after I asked for a refund. Pretty sure hes a multi of an already banned scammer @CardMerchant.
Crypto address for a refund: No crypto, will provide paypal when needed
