Additional Information: i bought a chatgpt personal upgrade advertised as "Upgrade Own Account", seller has multiple variations of the same product and the one i bought is the most expensive one called a "team invite", after purchase seller took my email that i created an account with on chatgpt and added me to a team profile which has access to chatgpt premium features but only if i choose the team profile upon login and my own account is left without any upgraded subscription, this is a case of false advertising that at first i tried to resolve by asking the seller to replace with their other variant that as they mentioned in our chat is a upgrade on my own account rather than a team account access, he refused and so here i am

but later in chat when i bring this up he says only the "Plus" variant is a personal upgrade despite saying otherwise in the shop

all is visible in chat, as i mentioned i cannot access the premium feature on my own chatgpt account and have to switch to team account to be able to use the premium features, so this is not "Upgrade on own account" this is "Team access" which you failed to distinguish between and take the blame for when i bring it to your attention, i dont want to deal with you anymore and wish to get a refund

That is what you bought , team invite in store. and that team invite is link to your account . and non refundable . you are able to access to the team as you BOUGHT . like u said the premium features is inside ur account in the team invited u . it is non refundable as you already got ur product and we already paid for it . so no thanks u no brain

Team account & Plus account personal upgrades differences at the limit quota. As you get a space for the team is what you get as the higher quota. Hence it is non refundable .
