rule number 6 should apply here, user disclosed my ip address, email and other details that are private to me and should be kept safe on their end, i trusted them with this info when i used their website and they disclose it all on forum over a clear dispute

as per product description I have mentioned invite , it is basic that as per ChatGPT invite means an invite will be sent and he need to switch the profile it is a standard procedure from ChatGPT I am not sure if he was not aware how invite works as it is a standard procedure

And the acc is still premium and he is still using it, he chose invite so invite was sent .

i have recording on your whole website and i dont care that you forge something new to backup your baseless claim, the title on the product you sell on your website clearly mentions "Upgrade own account" which is false as my own account didnt receive an upgraded plan, thats what personal upgrade means, you are selling "Team access" and advertise it as "Upgrade on own account" no matter how hard you try to divert from this fact with your mental gymnastics you wont be able to get out of this clean, specially with how you treat customer's info and simply leaked everything you logged from me here which is a prohibited act in this forum
