Additional Information:
He was PayPal Holding for me. but Recently after sometime his PayPal invoices got on hold and needed tracking to be added for the invoices to get off hold.
We had a total of 59 Invoices on hold worth of 200$. he only did 11 invoices tracking.
The paypal got limited, he said he provided Docs but idk about that.
Also after banned, i asked for him to send me a pm of pp dashboard here, but nothing. https://i.imgur.com/t4DES77.png

Its not that i am turning red, that the pp is fucked.
@ecstasy & @Ryze holded for me and on ban we waited. he is just not replying. that is what sed.
also, we can extract some $$ by refunding but he wont reply. his telegram last seen is recent but he is ignoring my pms.
