Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 10 Fitbit Forms (Value of 150$)

Additional Information: He contacted me to work for my fitbit service ( Provide Forms ). We both agreed that I'll teach him how to get those forms (He didn't know back then) in exchange for 10 free Fitbit Forms. He tried doing the forms twice, both failed, accounts and time on my expense. After a week of ignoring me after this happened, he opened a Fitbit Service himself here on cracked, I think it is deleted ( Not Sure), people can vouch for that. He continued dragging the conversation with the excuse: I am currently going through my college exams and they are very hard. Meanwhile he was doing orders for his service. He dragged time with this excuse for 1 month, after that he ignored me completely for another month. And here I am yet again creating a scam report. The screenshots do not include the full conversation, only the most important parts. On request, I can provide every screenshot needed. I already have the whole conversation saved. Thank you.
Edit: I request preferably being refunded because those forms have no use for me since I closed my Fitbit service. He had 2 months to do them yet he did this.
