Firstly, Sorry for all the mess & let me clear everything to you. Hopefully one long message is enough for Administrators to find a possible solution.
Firstly I would like to say sorry to my customer for all the issues, But to put it simply: My Discord is not actually a possible form of support.
I get 100+ Messages everyday, It's normal for me to forget who needs the support. In every possible way I have advertised Telegram,Livechat Or my discord server
as a form of Customer support. My customer simply ignored that fact, causing in a large delay.
Secondly, I do not control Cashapp nor I do not work for cashapp. Cashapp have their sets of problems which customers may face. For that I have strictly
done "No warranty/No Refund Policy" Especially for banks. It's in my Cracked threads, As well as Shop, Discord Server.
Thirdly, The Customer broke my Terms of Service which I have mentioned in:

REFUND POLICY:
Leaving a Bad feedback/Dispute may result in no REFUNDS/Delivery even after You paid for the Item. For Occasional cases, We may require you to remove the feedback & then Contact us for a possible solution
By “Guarantee”, We mean “Refund/Dispute/Chargeback/Store Credits”. Any product that has mentioned “No Guarantee” Or “All sales are Final” is Non-Refundable.
The product is just as the description says, Do not add any personal expectation to the products if it’s not mentioned. Ex: “I thought It had Balance” “By new accounts I thought new Stock” "It have problems, Give me refund (even though the product does not have refund mentioned)
For specific users that we refuse to provide service for or known as “Banned Users” won’t be able to receive any refund including any other service we provide to our basic customers. Products that are already mentioned to be Non-Refundable, Are by no means refundable, For Example, Google Gift cards. Some products have their own rules and usage guidelines. If any customer fails to follow those rules and guidelines, He/She will not be applied for a refund. If you make a fake payment method and ask for a refund, You won’t be applied for a refund.
Warranty Policy:
After Successful payment, Certain products have a warranty. Golden accounts offer a warranty on some products which is only applicable for the time it was mentioned on the product that has a warranty. Warranties are basically a support Golden Accounts agrees to give after customers purchase a certain product. immediately after Payment, A customer’s warranty starts and ends on the day/month/time it is mentioned. Warranty may be mentioned in the “Description of the product” Or “Title of the Product”. If we think a customer is abusing our warranty system, we may immediately cancel the warranty of the product. For some cases, we may fail to provide a warranty for the product, In that case, we will divide the purchased amount by the days that are left in your warranty period and refund that amount to you. You cannot force us to issue a warranty if we’re unable to do so. Warranty can take up to 72 Hours!
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive or malicious nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
Fourthly, I offered him Replacement and told him to give me 24 more hours or else he can open a scam report, Refused to take Replacement which is the most I can do. Then I have told him about refunding Partial amount as if you read the Warranty/Refunding Policy, I have my rights to refuse to do that.
If the customer doesn't let me help him, How may I help him at all? I offered him every reasonable solutions but he refuses to take them. And told me "You’ll be refunding me 100% When I open my report".

Liars & Dear administrators, I am willing to help this customer as much as he needs with a Replacement for the product . 100% refund is simply not possible if you think logically and think from my perspective. Why would I offer refund when I can solve the issue?
