Additional Information:

First of all, he/they should name their product to - "GonnaDriveYouCrazyRDP" rather than "CrazyRDP". Such broken/shit products shouldn't be allowed on the site, let alone them being promoted to fool new buyers.

2 months ago I had another report against them which I won and got refund+my data back,

So I thought I'll give the rdp another chance, Maybe things/people do change. HELL NO!

The rdp is completely useless, internet doesn't work half the times, VPN doesn't want to seem to connect, is laggier than even 1-2gb rdps.

See their thread and sort comments by latest, many people seem to have the same issues. And their basic reply is OPEN A TICKET , to which they don't fucking respond for a day, and then fucking tell you WE ARE HUMAN too.

Don't sell more mate if you are selling a broken shit product and can't handle basic customer service.

Once again I would like my money back
(And hopefully save others from this piece of a shit service)

@CrazyRDP respond within 24 hrs

@Adamlevine59645 you cannot complain about VPN not connecting, no rdp provider is bound to provide any software related support, you are responsible to contact support of the vpn and get help, at the end of the day it is just a virtualized environment they are selling with windows installed, unless it has something to do with internet not working within the rdp then your complains are valid.

@KSZ VPN not working is the least of my concerns, it's the lag and the bugs that are killing me and rest of their customers. Same softwares/ckrs running faster on 10$ rdp from others than their 40$ high spec rdp.

To each mail/query, they reply with - " We've just upgraded today. Most of issues should be fixed".

They should stop selling if they can't assure the minimum level of performance an rdp should have, and take care of previous buyers first.

Have a look over his thread once, you'll get a better idea of the shit product he's selling for these prices.

Sorry for talking here since it's not my report. But I can confirm CrazyRDP has been shit recently. I've had a site with them go down and have issues because of 100% usage 5 times in the past week which shouldn't happen as it's not even resource intensive and works completely fine with other hosts. (I used it on a lower spec vps before with no issues, yet Crazy seems to have flooded nodes which cause the site to go down and constant high usage for no real reason except their flooded nodes).
I don't do deals on this site anymore.

Agree with you exactly. Now he's pming me asking me for my client id/email I'd which defeats the privacy aspect a rdp provides in the first place.
