I was also scammed by crazyrdp he sold me a broken server and is refusing to refund me, for over 2 weeks, not only that the whole service has been down like half the time.

To be more clear he agreed to give me a refund after trying to blame my problems on the programs i am using even though i have other rdps which work perfectly fine, I can post all proof that is needed i have personal dm's with him. I also ran a cpu benchmark test which said the pc was performing way below expectations.

You can open a new report if you feel scammed and have not been refunded, we cannot solve ur problem on this report.

@KSZ , I already got a new rdp in place as I already waited 3 days for the issues to be solved. It's of absolutely no use to me now and I don't want a half baked product for which I paid. I would like my money back and he can keep his rdp or whatever shit he's selling to himself.

even if he has to refund you, you will need to provide some sort of identification for him to find ur account.

Ok sending him on pm soon if that's what it takes.
He shouldn't be going around fixing individual rdp on case by cases basis or when they open scam reports. He should fix his service as a whole!

You have been refunded for only 3 weeks , the remaining days + the 2 weeks problems they had.
Next time try to sort it with cs first as he didn't even argued on refund justification, + the node u were on had enough resources to support many VM's
