Additional Information:
Basically I paid him 200$ for some 1k fa mails on 24 january and did not delivered he keeps delays me,ignoring me and once I contact him on a different telegram he would reply thinking I m a new customer on the new telegram :) I asked him to refund him he accepted now after 24h he did not refund and keeps ignoring me again while he is online an bumping his for sale threads on this forum !
I m starting to think he wants to exit scam tbh
