Additional Information:The guy faild to verify my wise personal account, so they de activated it along with the business account.
Then I had to pay another 45 GBP in order to open a new account !!!!
He reviewed all documents and said everything was fine, now he start to talk to me if the photo was real or not!!!
Now he deleted all messages without knowing that I have recorded everyhitng and blcoked me

I'm going to rewrite everything to make it easier to understand.
He contacted me to help him verify his Wise account.
I agreed to make the payment with 50% before 50% after (80$ in total)
He also gave me docs with an selfie. 
I asked if the selfie was fake and he replied "no real" Proof:https://imgur.com/K5UoXCE
So I perform the verification using my method.
The next day, he sends me a message saying that the verification was a failure and he told me that his account has been closed (can you provide proof for this?)
Then i tell him that it's not my responsibility if the account is close but than i'm going to refund cause i don't pass the verification.
After I realized it was a fake selfie (otherwise the verification was not a fail) , i ask him if its a fake and he said yes saying that he had already told me yesterday when he respond "no real" after "This is a fake selfie ?"  -> for him "no real" mean "no the selfie isn't real" (i think i don't need to say more about this guys, is IQ is probably very low)
I don't know if he did it on purpose otherwise I think he needs to take English lessons.

(and btw i'm not gonna scam for 40$, i run an refunding service and mentorship, i paid 160$ each week for advert...)

But what do you mean not real it was full DOCUMENTS, I USED TO VERIFY PAYPAL AND ALSO UPLOADED THE SAME DOCUMTN TO WISE BUSINESS !!!!!
