Additional Information:
After an hour from him not sending me the preview as promised I had enough of his bullshit, also it had been more than 4 hours and according to Evolots confirmation, we coud close the deal if he didn't deliver in LESS than 4 hours.
According to my request and his confirmation, and the set timeframe for delivery given by him, we can see clearly that 4+ hours has passed and that the deal can then be deemed closed.
I immediately contacted another designer I had worked with and paid him to start work on the designs. I also made an community alert thread to warn other members of dealing with Evolot, as I noticed he's doing the same shit to all of his customers.
He even uses the same sentences to delay delivery several times, "imgur or imdbb?". As an revenge for my community alert, Evolot opened a scam report and has now changed his mind regarding our closed deal.
Evolots scam report on me is INVALID, and it amazes me how it still is up and haven't been closed by staff, although I completely understand that staff members might be overloaded with other work - Especially other Evolot scam reports.

His scam report on me should now be closed as there is literally proof that he agreed to close the deal, in the middle of it, he gave the ETA for it and he couldn't deliver within his own given timeframe - So we closed it.
There is now also proof from himself that we closed the deal, as he confirmed it this post. Please close his scam report on me and then please close this one too.

Why are you opening a scam report claiming to be owed 230$ when you never paid anything? Are you actually retarded or you just want to get banned?

Moreover, @Evolot has the full right to open a scam report against you if you two agreed on you paying once the design is complete. You can't just cancel the deal if you agreed on it, even if you didn't pay anything yet. The only scenario where you could do that is if he gave you a clear ETA and he didn't meet it.

And please don't take my word as if I am siding with @Evolot, he is a piece of shit for fucking over his customers the way he does and I would never deal with him, but this is an invalid scam report and he has the full right to open one against you.

Seems as if you didn't read the entire thread. I suggest you go and read it. @Evolot actually confirmed that we can close the deal, and it was closed.
Then when I made an community alert on him, he decided to change his mind and "not close it", or atleast act like he didn't confirm to close it, then he made an invalid scam report on me. There's actual proof of him confirming this in the scam report I made, if you had cared to read it you would've seen it.

 - Okey, but once again. He gave me an clear ETA for when we can cancel the deal if he can't deliver within this ETA. He didn't deliver within this ETA, which means we closed the deal.
How come this doesn't apply to him, but it applies to me? Double standards brother..

EDIT: Based on the fact that EVOLOT confirmed that we can close the deal if he didn't deliver within HIS GIVEN ETA, and he didn't meet it - So we closed the deal. He no longer has the right to change his mind and "not close it" about 5 hours after it was actually closed, based on the fact that he did it only because he was mad for the community alert I made on him. How come his scam report is more valid than mine? Explain that to me.
