Additional Information: I bought a netflix upgrade before some months, the upgrade stopped working some weeks later. Then I opened ticket in @Antares discord server and asked for a replacement and after a guy from staff named Puffer while was trying to fix it manual he charged my PayPal account for a subscription from Netflix (pretty sure it was him because my PayPal was linked and I didn't tried to buy a sub from netflix, also the transaction was made while I was sleeping). They told me to open a ticket after netflix subscription expire because they can't upgrade it if I have active subscription. Today I opened a ticket to get my upgrade but they told me that they stopped upgrading netflix and won't refund me.

The user agreed to our tos in our website stating that if you buy a upgrade and the method gets patched you will get replaced by another product with equivalent value or wait for a new method he agreed on the tos

All sales are final. We have a zero refund policy. There will be no refunds after upgrade code has been delivered.

Incase any method gets patched, you will receive a replacement as soon as we find a new method or be offered an equivalent exchange.

Chargeback Policy:

By making a purchase on our sellix, You automatically agree to the following terms: "I am buying a virtual item and will not send an unauthorized transaction, dispute, claim or anything related after I have received my virtual item, therefore I am not eligible to retrieve my money sent and will wait for replacement or accept an exchange of service.

No refunds are given this is strict

Acceptance Policy:

All customers agree to accept our exchange and replacement policy when they buy our products.

If you don't agree to the above, please DO NOT BUY FROM US!

So i dont see why i should refund when he agreed on our tos upon buying

we never charged his paypal idk from where he brang those false allegations
We cant charge someone lol using their paypal

I'm pretty sure I never accepted these TOS and they're added after method got patched to people don't get a refund.

Also why I'm sure one of your staff members charged my PayPal account for a Netflix subscription: About 10-12 hours before some of your staff members bought the subscription I canceled my Netflix subscription and my Netflix was already free but my PayPal was still linked in my Netflix. I provided you my email and password in the ticket and told you that my account is Free and you can upgrade my account then I go to sleep after I woke up I saw that my PayPal was charged for a Netflix subscription before 3-4 hours. I don't know if this happened unintentionally with the purchase of the subscription or the person from your staff did it on purpose because when we tried to upgrade it with your upgrade bot it didn't work and the person from the staff told me that he will do it manually and delayed me for many hours. I guess he didn't want to do it or there was a problem.

It's just completely impossible after I canceled my subscription and my account is already Free to get charged for a subscription while I was sleeping.

And especially after I gave you my account information and you said you would upgrade it manually.

Lol Ok your starting to bug out these tos we're added since the 1st day of Upgrade hub launch
thats not my fault if you dont read them but once u buy you automaticly agree
and for the paypal bs your bringing on we never charged you
You left your auto renewal on thats not our fault at all we even told you in the ticket before + you got your paypal refund so i dont know why you even bring it

All im saying is you agreed to our tos upon purchasing so your point is not valid and these tos been there since day 1
Other customers already know it and accepted the replacement


So im still convinced my points stand
We have specific tos as a upgrading service as its harder the other services sometimes your methods get patched and you can do nothing bout it so we offer a replacement to another product not a refund and as every service you automaticly agree on them when you buy
Next time you should read the tos b4 buying
Thats not my fault if you dont read it

I didn't left auto renew. My account was already free with canceled subscription and after some hours after I gave you access to my account ''Puffy'' or you bought a subscription from my Netflix account and told me that you can't upgrade it because has a active subscription. Also if you don't have anything new to say there please stop posting and leave admins to decide how to proceed.

Homie keeps on lying desesparate for that refund lol we never charged your paypal to pretend that its premium we upgrade directly from a link so theres no way we can charge your paypal or even get close to using your paypal
@Liars op is lying desesparatly first saying we change tos to stop refunds even tough its false lol
and now he says we charged his paypal dumbest scam reporrt i ever saw

Yes, probably I bought a subscription while I'm sleeping and waiting your partner to upgrade it make sense. It's absolutely impossible for me to buy the subscription or left the auto buy because I canceled my subscription then my account was already free and after I give you access to my account some hours later my paypal which was linked in the netflix account got charged for a netflix subscription.

Also I told you that you charged my PayPal in the same day you did it, that's not a statement from today. It was a month ago ??

Also don't you think I deserve a refund after I didn't used your product?

And after you can't provide me a replacement.
