Didn't decline any kind of help, all the help that was offered already tested with the software coder himself didn't work, that's regarding the server 2012 performance for this software specifically, yet you said again you can install 2019
2nd, you did mention that the RDPs are on separated panels, then later after i purchased you changed the words by all the RDPs are on the same panel, that also will make anyone think before they buy because if 1 rdp of any customer gets banned, we are all gonna get banned.
3rd, The admin of the discord specified the rules aren't real he wrote it on the discord chat "another method to lure more buyers, then changing the words of the rules on his rules channel to everything is allowed.".
4th It is still in my opinion and that's not a forum rule I don't know how they work it around here, If the 2 members aren't c.to users and they don't want to pay for Supreme to advertise like I did and build up to their business, their business shouldn't be advertised on the forum as that is the easiest way to skip scam without anyone being blamed.

This is the dumbest scam report i have seen imagine buying RDPS and then because your program doesn't work you start bringing random arguments in order to get a refund we create the 3 rdps removing them will cost us money that's why we can't refund you now use your rdps till the end 30 days and stop complaining

Confirmed I was banned from his discord, and still waiting him to provide proof of me trashtalking anyone, I also have proof of him and his customers insulting me on his discord without me replying to them I can provide any time when the admin asks.

It makes sense if you said something and when someone purchases you change all your words about this product, like I may have been mistaken about not asking if the servers 2012 "I'm not saying I am since you didn't add details of your product and also you clearly said you can install 2019 but it has issues......." but the part of each RDP on a separated Panel is also part of the deal, the Rules we all read before we buy is also part of the deal, I'm a person who would like to buy a product with specific rules, then later on after I asked for a refund you changed these rules without further notice that you would change them, that you lied to us and everything is allowed but you set some rules for everyone to follow... like what???

Again, as the other guy who wrote earlier and got his reply being removed by the admins, You are not allowed to reply in a scam report thread that you are not involved in the scam, why can't you politely ask the Admins of this forum before you can reply, how hard is it to ask the admins before you can do it?
Edit : Just replying for your assumptions, They don't have a rule that payments can never be refunded "Screenshot the rules already".
so basically I'm allowed to ask for a refund, they didn't specify no refunds on the orders.
Let's say my SERVICE and by i mean service you are trying to describe the situation to a burger "Food" both are way too different stuff but okay let's talk about it....
Most Famous Food company accepts refunds if you don't like the order basically.
About negative feedback, He literally mentioned he isn't the owner of the service, then he left a negative feedback that I was a retarded buyer, If he isn't an owner to the service, how am I one of his buyers? explain...
Also to add, we have never knew that the owner of the service had a "FREE" c.to member account till this report a scam was opened, yesterday someone replied said the 2 owners do not have accounts, then today the @Hans69Manager said he isn't the owner and the owners not on c.to, then later on we discovered that the owners have accounts that they kept in hiding...
It's all so messed up.
And lastely I have an army of my own I can make people reply for me too people who already bought your own service to be specific and make them reply in this scam report, but it's not like I will keep breaking the forum rules over and over and over again, I will wait @ Darkness reply regarding people keep replying without permission.
