Additional Information:  Poor business man. Horrible customer service, Acted dumb about the proxy area just to see, looks a lot more like he was trying to pull a fast one, claims to create them himself, but yet first account the password was changed 10 hours before purchase and the second the phone number was wrong? Coincidence? I want a refund for this, He is claiming to take back the first account he had send that i told him that i had finally got secured given the mishap on both the FIRST and SECOND account.

@KSZ i don't know why he opened this scam report
This kid bought an stealth bank account from me. Without any understanding what it is and how to use it. You can  see that from his numerous questions, which I answered without any problems.
The first account was with a email access problem i replaced it with the second, fresher account.
This genius took free proxies from https://proxydb.net/?protocol=socks5&country=US.
and went first to the gmail, where he got a security check (because he did not use cookies).
and then with the same proxy went to the bank, and again without the cookies.
In general, it was immediately blocked.
I tried to help the guy cuz feltt sorry. Tried to do something with my cookies and with call to bank, but it did not work.
As a result, today he text me that he changed email from his first account without my knowledge.
I was restoring access to the gmail of this account so i can leave it, and this guy just took and changed the mail from the account's bank.
That is, he took the account that I replaced and took it away from me by saying not a word! So he get 2 accounts for $59. Fucked up second

And now he want a $59... when he got 2 accounts and I lost my account because of it and can't use or sell it. so i have  -$59

You might have to put that into the thread, i know myself that using free proxies and not using the cookies will get the GMAIL/PAYPAL locked... but this definitely needs to be sorted out as its not the sellers fault the user had no idea on how to use the account.
