was already provided in the Yama ticket and he said he will replace in the next 24 hours but i don't need a replacement anymore , his service is a failure he couldn't provide his customers and i don't wanna continue using it and keep wasting my time (also please ask him to show me the proof where i ''deleted'' the chats i want him to prove that)

@Malachai you do realize it's obvious, I have nothing to gain by deleting chat and you have everything to gain. You are just pissed I just exposed you nothing else. Why in the fucking earth i would "delete chat" ? Think Niggerboy, It's very obvious. I took that screenshot using cleanshot and cleanshot got cloud saves, That's why I am able to recover that image when you still didn't delete it.

If mods really think im gonna be so low for $95 that i deleted chat for no reason and to "set you up" which doesn't even benefit me or in the deal dispute, Well I don't think they will think this. @PoorPureGold I checked your shop and the said product is advertised as instant delivery and level 3, meaning your buyer needs to get the correct product instantly, you cant make him wait even 30 minutes for a replacement since you don't know the urgency of that buyer. Your terms of service for replacement are not valid here because you didn't deliver the correct product and the replacement was not near instant either, you asked for 24 hours. Hence the buyer has a right of refund. In this dispute, you never denied his claims of a wrong product received and you kept on insisting on a replacement based on your terms of service and I already explained above why your terms of service are not valid here.

To avoid such situation in future, either remove the word instant, or ensure you add correct stock to the shop.

@PoorPureGold you also said we dont respect terms of service, we have a rule in the marketplace to waive them if we have a reason to believe it is being used to scam or be unfair to the buyer.
