Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 80€ (75€ for Spotify upgrade - DEMO "SPOTI" + 5€ for resellers page)
Screenshots of Communication: There has been no conversation whatsoever. The script has been ripped and used without permission, the user has been warned and has decided to ignore the warning.
Additional Information: It appears that @Skch is using a ripped version of our Spotify upgrade script, that has either been leaked or obtained without our permission. Our script is currently for sale on Nulled, along with several addons. We've asked him to provide a proof of purchase and have been ignored. The user checked the post and been active on the forum since receiving our request. If the user intends to keep using any part of the website (including, but not limited to: the index page, CSS style, assets, text, FAQ page, contact page and the upgrader.php page) we demand an 80€ payment.
Crypto address for a refund: The script can either be purchased from our shop or manually. The addon used by Skch must be purchased manually through one of the following methods:

We are the owners of the script and proof can be seen below, spotiz.xyz is one of the many websites using our script. Purchasing the script DOES NOT allow you to resell it.

@nopolice Tim sold me the script which is not allowed. Can you close dispute and open one with him and ask to refund skch and never resell it again or he gets banned. I bought it for 55$ He actually sold me a non-working upgrader.php but im not the kind of person who Like disputes so i ignore it.

My honest opinion, if you sold the product to somebody and they resold it without authorization you should report them. It's not this guy's fault that he purchased it from the guy with no permission to sell it.

Please provide a proof of purchase and your conversation with Tim. As mentioned earlier, he has purchased a script from us so we believe you. Problem is, the responsibility falls on you until you can prove how and when you've purchased the script from Tim.

We had no idea the script has been resold until he mentioned Tim's website.

UPDATE: @ReachPleb answered in another forum. His answer is the following: 



TimHortons/ReachPleb provided solid proof that he's not involved in this scam report. @Skch still has to provide a proof of purchase, he was supposed to post it "within 1-2 hours" 23 hours ago.
