Additional Information: I bought service from pipin to make an custom otp bot. As i showed in the screenshots he gave me the bot and asked me to deposit on estate.red which is supposed to provide api for the bot but which estate.red admins left the project weeks ago. At the time he delivered he knew estate wasn't working and asked me to wait. Now it's been 2 weeks and esate is dead and he refuses to give refund saying it's not his fault. The bot didn't work a single time.

I really wanna mention smth which is
1. I sold opt bot source code but not the api
2. Api provider exited and i dont work with them .. i rellay gave him option to add his own telynx account [ if he adds it bot will work but he said it will ban the account which is common . Using telynx acc will make the acc ban coz of cli
3. I've even offered him a free telynx acc that he can use but he is now ignoring

He sold bot, yeah. Which was running on a dead platform. Estate was down even before he deliver it. Without estate, bot is useless.

Before purchasing i asked him i buy anything else to rund the bot. He said, 'just add balance and use it.'

And he promised that i don't need to buy anything else.

Now he says, he will give 1 free telenyx account which is not a part or the deal nor he mentioned it before.

I don't say you own estate. What i saying is you sold a bot which devs exited. That's why i said platform was dead.

And you knew their platform is offline before you sell it to me.
