I think it's worth making a security deposit system for the safety of the buyers. The deposit would be made by the seller and then his thread would get a separate badge. If the seller decides to make exit-scam the administration will be able to pay the victims money from this deposit, as well as if the seller, for example, loses Deal Dispute, he can ask the administration to make a refund from this deposit. So that the seller can not withdraw the deposit at any time and then immediately scam someone, it will be allowed to withdraw the deposit only on a certain day of the month or if @KSZ personally authorizes it.

This is a great idea. I've seen Russian forums do this and it definitely improved the marketplace by a longshot. It allows people to put their money where their mouth is by showing who's serious and who's not.

Sometimes you never know with people. There's a lot of gambling addicts who end up losing it all then they feel a need a to scam out, many such cases.
