Additional Information: He sold me an english pr template working for amazon.es, it's not working. I asked for proofs of it working and he sent screenshots without showing dates and on the last proof, from amazon.com, it shows the day name, meaning it got delivered (and refunded as seen on the screenshot) in the same week, so it can't be december. This process requires a good amazon account and a great order history.
The amazon could change their policy in a month and it won't work anymore.

REFUNDS WITH PR ARE NOT ALWAYS SUCCESSFUL, MUCH DEPENDS ON OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES SUCH AS THE ACCOUNT, ITEM, ADDRESS WHERE IT WAS DELIVERED, OTHER ACCOUNTS LINKED TO THE SAME ADDRESS AND MANY OTHERS.

If the problem was in PR then the amazon.es should say that PR is invalid but in your screenshot from them it clearly says that they will not refund because the box was delivered to you intact. It means that you fucked up in one of the steps or that your account is not good enough for refunding.

The screenshot says 1 item because they’re the same item, you know right I made 2 PRs because they had different trackings. I followed the steps you told me to do and that’s the result. The account was indeed good, otherwise they would have blocked me just after I received the items, without contacting, or before the items were shipped
