Because that it's normal and that it's how should it BE , that NEGATIVE reputation it's just a revenge  of the scammer for dispute the transaction !  This will affect my user account and my future trades .   Look now a scammer has got banned but his NEGATIVE reputation still on my account , this is not O K and right .
