We take responsibilities for the hack and data breach of UOB KAY HIAN SECURITIES (M) SDN BHD NETWORK (www.utrade.com.my), a financial brokerage company under the UOB bank group. UOB Kay Hian is one of Asia's largest brokerage firms. This data breach involved 159,807 records of UOB Kay Hian Malaysia customers, including their full name, gender, religion, birthdate, nationality, IC number, passport, email, phone number and address. Other data include their dealers, backoffice users, etc.
