Preety much there should be some more/updated rules/regulations regarding giving vouch copies because a bunch of @Heaven Ranked Members are leaving vouches for retards/skids and other users come along seeing that "such and such @ left a vouched so they should be trusted" and end up getting scammed by the op or not getting what they paid for, just looks like people farming free shit and leaving half ass/scripted vouches.
