already there are many restrictions for member rank UG people... more should not be imposed...
they should be allowed to advertise in marketplace SB... they can earn some bucks if they are good sellers... then they can buy upgrade also.... more restrictions will cause a big impact on forum.... forum is active due to member rank UG people 70% active due to them.... so i dont agree with this 1st spot available
