Hi,

I contacted EMACRON for a boxing service.

He certified me 100% (see the screen) that he could make me a DHL LIT

after several days, I looked at the tracking and the package was moving.

I called him several times, he always had excuses, DHL relabel.

Except that I showed the tracking to several people who are boxing and they told me that he just made a simple package with a bag of salt (I received the photo of the merchant who refused the package).

So I lost 90 euros and the guarantee or the possibility of getting a refund.

I asked him for compensation through another service, he refuses and asks me to pay.

edit: He works with an intermediary, it's not a problem but they absolutely did not provide their service.

OP Requested a DHL LIT to China. 

I edit the DHL Label and send it as agreed. 

Package reach china and get relabeled. 

Package get delivered to return center. 

OP Failed his refund because package was delivered, now he's accusing me ( sales trashing my thread , - repping me and opening a scam report ).

The concept of relabeling a package happens when a package arrive the destination country or when it reaches distribution center. This screenshot you mention is you asking about DHL Anti fraud system. 

Again I am sorry that your refund did not succeed and that you did not expect your package going FTID instead of LIT. I removed all the sender information, changed the barcode and the number for the package not to be identifiable however DHL relabeled it with the correct information which is why it reache destination.
