I need help with a refunding, I ordered an item for $ 170 on a site, the signature is required, and in terms of receiving the package, I did not open it to the deliveryman , he left the package in front of my house
I contacted support to ask them for a refund, but apparently the package was signed (with a very bad signature), and they want to initiate legal proceedings for the package, what should I do, and especially the question is I still have a chance to get my refund?
