Additional Information: I've been trying to get this guy to ban an account for over a week now. He doesn't respond back & keeps bumping his thread. I attached screenshots above of our conversation. At first, I paid for a ban before this one... He claimed to have ban the person but the person changed their Insta URL so technically, I haven't gotten a ban from him, period. I doubt he can even ban anyone for that matter but the one that I'm calling a scam on is the 2nd order I placed because he has not fulfilled what I paid for nor will he communicate at all. I can't prove the first mishap but can definitely prove the 2nd ban I paid for did not happen at all.
Crypto address for a refund: I paid via to a person who I sent money to via cashapp & they sent the BTC to him so I'm not sure how that will work?

Post what? The insta account? Publicly? Why can't I keep that information private? I don't want to post the person's insta that I want ban to the public....

The only reason I say that because bans usually get unban. I paid a few other people and they have ban the accounts but the accounts usually always got unban. That's why I found Syrex thread and was hoping he could ban the account without it getting unban but haven't saw a ban from him yet. Not sure if there is a service out there that perm bans.

So far, this is the update... He was trying to send back $10 less than what I paid for. I sent him $82 to round it off, idc if I get back $81 but truthfully, if I can get a refund back, I would rather want that. Dealing with this seller is a HUGE hassle. His communication is terrible & does not provide the service that he says he does. I used this guy for ig ban service, he is a bit more expensive but alteast he can finish job

Also, why are other accounts impersonating me? The Syrex guy never responded back the entire day so I'm not sure what's going on... Are admins viewing this thread?
