The forum is not loading well

Hello,
It's now around one month, I can't access the forum without RDP.
In Firefox, the page is blank..
In Chrome, I get this error: This site can’t be reached. The connection was reset.
I tried to search about this issue, and I found that Javascript must be enabled. I checked my browser and it's already enabled.
I also tried VPN and tried new browser.
Any suggestions?

Yes, it allows it and even if blocked why I get the same error when using VPN?
I just discovered the reason. It's because of AVG antivirus. The website seems blocked by the antivirus.
