The option to be heard by a jurry in disputes & bans

A simple idea. A group of upgraded users are selected when an ubiased opinion is called for in a dispute and ban case. Allowing members to choose this new method would help to support fairness in bans. Having a jury service would allow  impartial viewpoints on cases that are presented in court be seen.

Why I think this is important:

Because of tyranny. The definition of tyranny is oppressive power exerted by the government or controlling force. Tyranny also exists when absolute power is vested in a single ruler. Jury trials are the opposite of tyranny because the citizens on the jury are given the absolute power to make the final decision.

A jury of members will determine community standards and expectations in accordance with the rules. We do not want admins and mods making every important decision; they should not be the representative of the people of the c.to community. Juries provide the voice of common sense and the perspective of the citizen to our developing body of law
