There is an error adding a Virustotal to the thread

Hello,
There is an error adding a Virustotal to the thread. When you want to post a new thread in the Cracking Tools section, it will ask you to put a virustotal link of your tool
when i add a virutstotal link of a file like .txt , .rare etc... it works fine. But when i add a virutstotal link of a website, it shows this error:

Like that we won't be able to post threads of cracking tools (websites)
