Show a bumped thread in the shoutbox if a user pays credits to bump.
 I dunno if this already exists. Don't spend a lot of time on here.

Yeah, Its a good idea, By the way for new accounts, there is a daily limit of 10 posts only? How this limit can be increased without upgrading account?
