We had a talk in a normal manner, without the insults and stuff.

What i offered him is the following:
Ill gladly give him some free time on the indicator, but i'm not offering a refund.
My point basically stands OP didn't ask me for help after the initial one which he afterwards confirmed "i made a kucoin account and i will do this", after that there were no further inquiries about help, if he would have done that i would have gladly assisted him.
OP admitted this is true in the conversation we had (I won't share it here as it contains some personal details from he's side, don't want to throw this out in the open as i respect every human being), and the fact is that he contacted me one month after he's sub expired that he suddenly wanted a refund, without prior inquiries before that asking for help.

If OP does not agree with this i will wait for your judgement @Liars

Your thread states that this it is beginner friendly - it also states that "the em indicator will do it all for me" - you'll teach us everything we need to know in your guide.

My beginner mind read this and thought the following: 

All i need to do is buy the indicator and it will do everything for me. 

And everything i dont know - he'll teach me in the guide. 

So i open up the guide - it tells me to sign up for an exchange binance or ftx - I"M BANNED FROM BOTH - because not only do am i banned from ftx for living in the US im banned from binance for living in hawaii in the US.

So yeah, i want a refund, you sold me something under the guise it was beginner friendly, tricking me a beginner who knows NOTHING about crypto trading that this "do everything for me" emulator will trade for me and i can just click the buttons to make money...so i took your word for it even though i have no idea what an emulator was - and low and behold - i don't hear anything about an exchange being necessary to use this emulator thingy - until i've already bought the product and the guide - where upon again i find out im banned from all the major crypto exchanges for where i live in the USA.

You set this whole scenario like i told you all these things, these are simply not true.

We advertise as a indicator for tradingview, that's it.
There are plenty and tons of options in USA in terms of exchanges, you didn't ask for help after i initially helped you so how am i supposed to know you are having issues with this?
You could have PM'd me any day and i would have helped you, you didn't, now 1 month after your sub expired you start all this crap.

Heck even on our telegram FAQ it's clear as days what you need:


Here it clearly states you need access to a exchange.
It really was all in front of you man, you simply didn't see it and now you are blaming me while you didn't ask for help at any given point after that initial few messages which you afterwards confirmed you got it solved.

Tradingview is banned nowhere and works worldwide, we delivered the indicator to your tradingview account, and that's what our service is.

It's literally a thread ABOUT TECHNICAL ANALYSES THAT IS USED FOR TRADING.
The indicator does all the TA for you, meaning you can input the trades our indicator gives into the exchange.
We do give extra guides and guidance in general on how to learn a few things to make it even better.
By your logic if i buy into a sports betting service for a month, i can claim a refund a full month after my sub expired because gambling is banned in my country?
