Hey, Can somebody help me with where to start? I want to learn hacking but Idk where to start.
Can someone point me in the right direction? Also as to what tools to use? Do I need to use a VM for that?

Well first of all I would like to address that hacking should not be used for stealing other peoples information. I am sure that you well aware of the consequences of hacking with malicious intent but it's not my decision in the end. Anyway, the first place you should start is leaning how to code. If you don't know then your first step is right ahead of you. Good luck.
