Again, for example, buuza. Liar's discord got banned, which is the reason behind the scam report, and there is nothing he could've done.

that's why everyone should solve things in dm's  without needing to open scam reports

users are more inclind to open scam reports than solve via dms if someone ignores you for 2 days on discord say they got termed most people will think scam report instead of c.to dms thus making it harder to do

This would change nothing imo, there's already a vouch system for trustworthiness.
