The picture was taken on (12/24/2022)

(12/19/2022) I have bought VCC with TheAxis (aperson in discord) after i received card details from him and try to buy twitch sub but the card declined. I asked him to fix it, he told me that he gonna talk to bank provider.
After many many days he was still silent don't answer any question. Until (01/06/2023) He deleted his discord server.

You could see there is more people who got scam by him in his reputation page.

It's funny how you left out the part where I actually answered your question and now you're pretending like I've never answered your question
I never deleted the discord server, discord did, that's why I never opened the discord server on my main account in the first place
I've already responded to you on why it didn't work. Parem type purchases were blocked due to high usage from those types of cards. The VCC provider I use is free, and the method was provided for free for anyone to use https://imgur.com/a/7qM7Psv (where I gave buyers a choice on whether it wants to be topped up on their own vcc or I make one for them e.g. https://imgur.com/a/vlv3cCi)
As said on basically my discord and everywhere else, I EXCHANGE IT for you. I don't hold the responsibility of what happens to your VCC nor do I take care of it. I just leave it there forever without me touching it.
I gave you as I've advertised, a loaded VCC. That's all that was promised.

It's not my problem if buyers have been mass buying things with parem payment processor which leads to a block by the bank itself.

I've had a lot of satisfied customers.
The buyer "tibu" who neg repped me has used his vcc before multiple times on sites like twitch before they blocked the vccs
