Additional Information: I sold him a working method to get verified and non limited paypal accounts. He is vouched, so I went first. After that he refused to pay me and he made up a lot of bad excuses
The only criteria that the method needs to meat is that it has to work.
After that he made up excuses like: This will take me a while to make. / I already know this/ This is a bad method / method is too simple.
