Getting an error when I try to send through the warranty replacement. It says "We're sorry, something went wrong. We ran into a technical issue and would like to ask you to try again. Thank you. If you keep running into this issue, please contact us."

That mean I should call or what? Does this not work as well if you're doing the warranty claim online?

I'm not sure why that is. Did you try another browser? Also, you can totally use this. If you do have to call then sound exasperated on the phone and say "this has been a nightmare already just trying to do something as simple as using your website!" For added flair run in place before speaking to someone or breath heavy and say you are on oxygen still from covid and talking on the phone is difficult for you.

Yeah, I tried Edge, Firefox, and Brave. I'll have to give it a shot on the phone some time
