Login an Account 2. Confirm it Has a Paypal in Buying Info 3. Start Flooding the Accounts Email 4. Click on Buying Info, Don't Edit any Info 5. Click Add Card 6. Put in Your Card with Your Desired Shipping Address as Billing Info 7. Ensure Billing as Shipping is Marked, Click Save 8. If All Is Done Correctly Shipping info Would Be Changed to Your Desired Address and Billing Remains unchanged 9. Now Proceed to Make Your Order,Select Saved Paypal as The Payment Method 10. After Order Flood Paypal Email (Applies Only if Account and Paypal are different Emails) 11. After Making Order you can clear your card from buying info Method #2 1. Make A Paypal Account with your desired shipping address as it's billing Address 2. Go to Buyer Settings and then Payment Methods, Add your created paypal, Mark Billing as Shipping 3. Now Your New Paypal is Added, Check your shipping address and you'll notice it has been changed to your Specified Address 4. Go To Order your Product , on the Checkout Page, Choose the Accounts initial paypal 5. If Order goes through successfully, Continue flooding the Accounts Email 6.
