Shittiest upgrader I have ever seen. Support hardly reachable, answers once every 3 days. You constantly have to create a new account because Spotify asks for the address of the family owner and the wrong address is given on the Upgrader.cc page. I think it's about time for a scam report

Hi sir, 
I’m sorry to hear you had a negative experience, but I’d like to clarify a few points: 
 
1. Our support team has an average reply time of around 10 hours for all tickets, and we have Zendesk panel stats that prove it. What you’re saying about long wait times simply isn’t true, and it seems like you’re just making things up. 
 
2. Yes, you do need to create a new account, but not manually. The renewal system has an automatic creation feature that handles this for you, ensuring everything is set up seamlessly and your playlists are transferred automatically. 
 
3. Regarding your statement about "Spotify asking for the address of the family owner and the wrong address being given on the Upgrader.cc page," we have no record of this issue, and no other customers have reported anything similar. Frankly, it seems quite strange. 
 
Let’s assume at least one thing you’re saying is accurate. Please send me the support ticket number in DM, and I’ll personally look into it to see what the issue might be (if there is one).
