I don't work for refund.army but I work for fuego, let me explain one likely cause of this. Basically, then mailing services see shipments with much of the info removed and no return address, it looks like a shipment of drugs (which isn't the case) but just to be safe they sometimes intercept it. Had this happened once when I *wasn't* doing FTID, just sending a package that had a keyboard I was selling to someone. There was no return address on the label. Nothing to my knowledge has ever happened to any customer as a result of FTID. As far as I or anyone I know is aware, FTID is still safe

Thanks for the info folks.

FYI, this label had been delivered successfully to an address in a different state using a new method I was testing, it seems when I started the investigation with the company, ups went to where the pack got delivered and requested it to send to whomever.

Lesson learnt: Don't ship ftid's to postal annex's, even if the package acceptance rate is fabulous.
