How does it work? You add a balance to your wallet (topup) from one of the four payment methods mentioned above. Once payment has been manually verified (BTC is automatic), you will see the balance added to your account. You use your balance to fill out the shipping addresses to generate the shipping label.
If there’s a mistake from submitting your shipping label form, you have up to thirty minutes from the creation of your label for a cancellation and refund. You will create a ticket, explain the issue with the order number and a team member will assist you.
If your package weighs 1.3lbs, our system will automatically round up to the nearest whole number. So 1.3lbs will autocorrect itself to 2lbs. This is so that your package will deliver safely to your customer without incurring additional charges from USPS.
Our deliverability rate is 100%. All shipping carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL will occasionally lose a customer's package. However, all labels scanned from our system will be entered in the USPS system. There will be zero issues with the postal clerk or mail carrier scanning your barcodes.
