Unable to receive vouches

Hello Cracked Team,

I am facing issues receiving vouches from my customers for my services. This is not the first time this has happened to me, this is probably third or fourth time already. After I complete my service my customers want to give me a vouch but they are not able to do that because there is an error, I believe this is a bug (see screenshot). Customer tried to access my thread through the forum or even through the link that I sent to them. I am not banned. Customer has more than 15 posts. This is a market thread. Customer never left a vouch on this thread. So he should be able to leave one without any issues but he can't. Please help me, I can't build my reputation on the forum because of this issue.

thats normal its cause the accuont it is new

But it doesn't state how old the account should be, I think this should be fixed because it's misleading. Also the customers account was created on 25 November, 2021 so I don't know how old the account should be

with all do respect Gaining  reputation does not come from Likes Or Reps or even Vouches for that matter .

It gained by What kind of Content You Post and gained by the time you have spent of the forum .

i think most would agree here and any other kind of forum That Rep/Likes/Vouches Don't mean anything .

because they can be bought and paid for leaving them utterly  useless to establish what kinda user the person is .
