it takes exatcly 30 minutes to break into it, you need an usb that will boot https://checkra.in/

look into new updated ios versions and tutorials it will work out for you, but first you need to reset the phone with 4key or something like that i have broken into 100 iphones with checkrain

I havent reversed it to old firmware over year generally but it is 99% possible do a bit more diggin you will eventually find an indian guy explaining how to properly do it, you might need some external apps to reverse it back i just don't quite remember it sorry bud good luck
