Kinda odd that anyone would actually obfuscate Python as it's meant to be a readable language but to actually deobfuscate a python script it's a little bit time consuming as you have to clean the byte code and typically it helps if you understand the opmap dict from the dis module to manipulate streams but yet again I don't see the point in obfuscating python code when you could port it to another language
