I think we need to update the rules to specifically include that not just likes, reps and vouchers, it's also not allowed to ask people for money to enter a giveaway.
There is a prick charging money to enter their giveaway, saying whoever send them the money first will win. Now assuming that they aren't just running a scam and will just receive the money and then fuck off, which is actually quite likely since there have been 3 people who sent them the money but no winner has been chosen yet. But even if they are going to choose a winner, the rest of the people who have already sent the money will just lose their money, which kind of defeating the point of a giveaway and "to gift stuff for free, not in return of something else." Isn't it.
