Not sure if it's a new feature to expand and hide the user list, but it'd be a good feature if the user list stayed hidden after hiding it, because for me it makes the site run less smooth.

But still there is a button to hide it? But yes infeel yiu it should be hidden by default it makes page loading slow so i agree

And also specifically when the user list is shown, it pretty much slows down my browser and the page so it would really be better if it is kept closed as default as said before
