Hello,
I opened a report about a user who scammed, but he told me he was unable to solve because he was having personal problems in real life, so he was unable to refund on the time.
2 days ago, he refunded my money, and we are fine now. I would like to be fair and ask the staff to reconsider and unban him as he refunded what he owns.
