Usergroup for leechers

Maybe tedious to make but there should be a usergroup for leechers as well.

Like a user with 30 posts and 0 threads gets that usergroup and gets banned when he hits 50 posts without any threads.

if there are some threads when he crosses 50 posts, he/she needs to maintain a ratio like 1:10 or 2:10 Thread to post ratio.
Other things can be taken into consideration as well.

Instead. I would recommend if a user reaches 30 posts but 0 posts, they can't reply until they at lest make a few threads.

It would be okay as well but not everything that is posted on the forum works and few waste replies in just trying to get the right stuff. We can be a bit lenient there.

ok, user did 30 replies, it's already bad, but you would like to add more headache to the forum mmods to clean out the 'required 1 thread' containing a dead account or even a just 'trash info' JUST to get a way to add a next 30 replies?

To be honest, the thread posters should do more but hardly any leechers pay heed to the rules anyway. A usergroup can make it quite visible that we have a leecher there and easy for someone to report.
