Following up on my previous post;
I purchased 2 SIM Card and 1 Hotspot last Friday. The sim cards arrive immediately on Saturday and the Hotspot arrived today in the morning.
The OP was really helpful and sent the necessary information and even sent me instructions ahead of time before the items arrived which sped up my process in getting the Hotspot and SIM Card working.

My Review
I purchased the $130 package and received and SIM card, Verizon jetpack hotspot, and a hand written note with important information on it. I'm currently all setup and everything is working as described. I had some not so smooth experiences that I want to list below that you should be aware of.

• The first payment is $63 when it hits your credit card for the first time. Autopay lowers it to the advertised amount.
  
• The resellers website to activate the plan is complete trash. Random errors everywhere that got fixed from restarting my browsing session multiple times. I had about 3 different Apache errors from this poorly programmed website.
  
  Vulture has found a nice loop hole that shouldn't get patched. He provides good instructions and responds back quickly. I will report back if anything changes.

Got my hotspot in 1 day, got setup the same night, op went above and beyond to help me out and get things working, now I have good internet everywhere I go.

A. If you swap your hotspots sim card into your phone, you will be able to see your devices phone number.

Q. Customer support asked me for my devices model number and IMEI number. What do I tell them?
A. Always tell customer support you are using the device and IMEI information we assigned to you. The service will only work with our IMEI numbers.
